Located in Camarillo, California, Scary Dairy was built to supply dairy products to the defunct Camarillo State Mental Hospital, now Cal State Channel Islands. When the State Hospital closed, so went the dairy. In the years since, it has become a favorite destination for street artists, street poets and photographers looking to capture some amazing scenery. It is fenced off and entry is forbidden but I did not see that sign until I was leaving...wink wink...
